Posted October 22nd, 2014

Former Longhorns Ricky Williams and Bob McKay are among 87 players on the ballot for the 2015 induction class in the College Football Hall of Fame. Twenty-five coaches are also on the ballot, which was announced Wednesday by the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame.

McKay, an offensive tackle, was a consensus first-team All-American in 1969 and helped the Longhorns to a national championship and unbeaten season.

Williams, the 1998 Heisman Trophy winner and two-time unanimous first-team All-American, finished his career as the NCAA’s all-time leading rusher. He was not inducted last year, his first on the ballot.

Here’s a look at the entire ballot.

The announcement of the 2015 class will be made Jan. 9, three days prior to the College Football Playoff championship game.
