Great taste or less filling? UT football fans didn’t seem to care when it came to beer

Last year the University of Texas approved the sale of alcohol during Texas football games, and apparently that was a profitable decision.
The Houston Chronicle reported Wednesday that the University of Texas earned more than $1.8 million dollars this fall selling alcoholic beverages.
The Chronicle reports that Miller Lite was the popular choice, selling $494,000 worth of beer. The only thing that was more popular at concession stands than Miller Lite was bottled water, the report said.
