Stephanie Wong knocked a single in the bottom half of the third and advanced to third on a single by Celina Felix. Devon Tunning hit a single to left that plated the only run for the Horns.

BYU loaded the bases with one out in the seventh, but Wong caught a fly ball in left and threw out a runner at home to end the threat.

The Longhorns went down in order against Bull in the seventh on a foul out, a fly ball to center and a liner to third.
