Jordan Spieth, in early 1900s-era costume, takes swing with retro hickory club

The legend of Bagger Spieth? Texas Longhorns golf legend Jordan Spieth, currently gearing up for the Masters Tournament, took a trip to the past for a PGA Tour video this week. In full period garb, the golfer tries his hand at a hickory-shafted club, which were used by golfers in the early 1900s, according to Golfweek.

Watch the retro clip below. Bonus: There were no tees back in the day, so Spieth takes a swing off a lump of sand.
