Scouting Williams: The state’s top player for 2019 right now is the younger brother of Arkansas running back Rawleigh Williams III. Brian Williams is an elite athlete who doesn’t lack confidence. He started as a freshman and was a leader for Bishop Dunne as a sophomore. He ended the season with 78 tackles, six pass breakups, one forced fumble, a fumble recovery and eight interceptions. He returned two of those turnovers for touchdowns. Williams can cover elite wide receivers and load the box in run support. He’s truly a two-way safety who can play strong or free safety along with nickel cornerback.
