A rough weekend has cost Texas its spot in the Associated Press’ poll.

On Monday, Texas was omitted from the AP’s weekly ranking. This marks the first time this season that the poll didn’t include Texas. The Longhorns were ranked 15th in the preseason poll and 22nd last week.

Texas (1-2) played twice last week. The Longhorns recorded an 84-53 win over UTSA in its home opener on Nov. 14. Arizona then posted an 83-58 win at the Erwin Center this past Sunday.
