Texas A&M lands four-star wide receiver Troy Omeire

Texas A&M added its second elite wide receiver in the 2020 cycle with Fort Bend Austin four-star Troy Omeire. The 6-3.5, 217-pound prospect held 31 offers, including one from Texas. He’s the No. 9 prospect on the 2020 Fabulous 55 and the No. 19-ranked wide receiver in the country, per 247Sports composite rankings.

Five-star wide receiver Demond Demas, the third-ranked player on the Fab 55, is also committed to the Aggies. Texas A&M now holds pledges from the two best wide receivers in the state. Omeire is a two-time first-team all-district selection. He’s caught 85 passes for 1,546 yards and 21 touchdowns in two years on varsity.
