Highly-touted Myles Turner has apparently given himself a deadline to make a decision on his college future.
On Wednesday, Turner indicated on his Twitter feed that he will announce his decision on April 30, most likely as part of an ESPN broadcast.

It’s believed Texas and Kansas are the top two contenders for the Euless Trinity standout, but in recruiting, nothing is over until it’s over. Also on Wednesday, Turner wrote on Twitter: “There’s no truth to me cutting my list to 3 schools, thank you.”
The Longhorns believe Turner would give the team a significant boost. The coaching staff believes the 6-foot-11 forward would fit in best at power forward, leaving Cam Ridley at center and moving Jonathan Holmes to small forward.
In November, Texas signed 6-foot-7 forward Jordan Barnett from Christian Brothers College in St. Louis. Barnett led his team to a state championship and finished the season averaging 20.8 points per game.
