Beau Hossler shot a career-low 64 Tuesday to take the top spot at the Nike Golf Collegiate Invitational in Portland, Ore. The Longhorns tied for fourth place as a team, shooting 26-under-par 834.
Hossler’s final round was the second time he’s shot a career low in two days. He shot a 65 in Monday’s second round. His total of 18-under 197 was six shots better than second place.
Gavin Hall finished in a tie for 19th at 5 under par, while Doug Ghim tied for 31st at 2 under. Scottie Scheffler was even to tie for 39th. Kalena Preus tied for 58th at 6 over par.
Wake Forest won the team title, shooting 823, 37 under par.
