How does Texas’ 2016 recruiting class stack up against the 2016 schedule?

Texas made one of the largest recruiting jumps in recent signing day history, starting the day in ranked No. 32 nationally by 247Sports and ending it inside, or right outside depending the recruiting analyst, of the top 10. But how have Texas’ 2016 opponents fared, so far, on national signing day?

Let’s take a look:

Sept. 3: Notre Dame: The Fighting Irish have the No. 14 rated recruiting class.


Sept. 10: UTEP: The Miners are No. 110.

Sept. 17: California: The Bears are No. 39

Oct. 1: at Oklahoma State:  The Cowboys are No. 48.

Oct. 8: vs. Oklahoma: The Sooners are No. 23

Oct. 15: Iowa State: The Cyclones are No. 52
