Charlie Strong picks up 50th career win

Texas beat UTEP 41-7 on Saturday night, and the victory was Charlie Strong’s 50th as a head coach.

Strong is now 13-14 in three seasons with Texas and 50-30 overall. Prior to arriving in Austin, he coached four seasons at Louisville (37-15) and went 1-0 as the interim coach at Florida in 2004.
