Scouting Leal: Leal emerged during his sophomore season as one of the top defensive linemen in the San Antonio area. He’ll enter his junior year as one of the top defensive ends in the state regardless of classification. The 6-4, 255-pound four-star end produced 46 tackles, including 13 for loss, and five sacks in 2016. Texas offered him in May and is one of nine programs (and counting) to offer. He’s strong enough to set the edge against the run and a tough player to block 1-on-1 in passing situations.
