President Fenves on Patterson, Perrin and Texas athletics

This morning, University of Texas president Gregory L. Fenves was interviewed by Texas Tribune‘s Evan Smith as part of the website’s conversation series. The wide-ranging interview covered subjects such as handguns on campus and admissions policies. Some of the questions revolved around the athletics department and the change its has underwent the past week with the firing of athletics director Steve Patterson after 22 months and the installation of interim athletics director Mike Perrin.
