Here’s the Longhorns TV and radio schedule heading into the weekend. It’s a look at current and former Longhorns in action on TV and radio this weekend and beyond.

It’s the middle of summer, but that doesn’t mean Texas fans can’t catch some former Longhorns in action on TV and over the airwaves. Corey Knebel, fresh off extending his MLB record for strikeouts by a reliever in a single season, will help the Brewers try to defeat the Yankees on Friday on the MLB Network. The newly-named All-Star is eight games away from breaking the overall record for consecutive relief appearances with at least one strikeout. Elsewhere, the NBA summer league has begun with various former Longhorns (Prince Ibeh, Isaiah Taylor and Jonathan Holmes) looking to impress. Rookie Jarrett Allen won’t participate with his new team, the Brooklyn Nets, as he recovers from a strained hip flexor. Volleyball fans will be able to look in on Molly McCage, UT’s all-time leader in block assists (459), as she competes at the FIVB World Grand Prix as a member of Team USA. Their match with China will air on Saturday on NBCSN.
