Those who have likened the decline of the Texas Longhorns football program since its halcyon days to a disaster film finally have a mash-up just for them. A video titled “Textanic,” uploaded to YouTube on Tuesday by user Reid Watson, combines clips of James Cameron’s 1997 blockbuster “Titanic” with clips from Longhorns games for a parody trailer that will hit close to home for anyone who remembers Vince Young and the 2006 Rose Bowl.

Footage from shining moments like that one, interspersed with James Horner’s swelling score and Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet canoodling on a big boat, gives way to the film’s ultimate shipwreck paired with the Horns’ loss at the 2010 Citi BCS National Championship Game. The trailer leads to an inevitable conclusion.

If you’ve ever heard Celine Dion singing in your head during a Texas loss, then this one’s for you. Watch it below.
