About the Longhorns: This game starts a three-day stretch that’s arguably the biggest in school history. The Sooners are ranked third in the Associated Press Top 25 poll. On Monday, Kansas could be ranked No. 1 when the Jayhawks face the Longhorns at 8 p.m. … G Isaiah Taylor scored a game-high 19 points and went 8 for 8 from the free throw line in UT’s 71-70 win over Kansas State on Tuesday. He now ranks fifth in scoring (15.9) in Big 12 games. … The Horns have gotten their turnovers back down in recent games, committing only six against K-State.
