Shaka Smart to Texas students: ‘OU sucks’

Texas basketball coach Shaka Smart was certainly in a festive mode Saturday morning with the hundreds of UT students lined up outside the Erwin Center.

Smart walked outside the door to thunderous applause and said, “OU sucks.”

Needless to say, the students went wild.

No. 25 Texas faces No. 3 Oklahoma at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Erwin Center. The game is sold out.
