Texas jumped to lead behind Xavier Worthy, Bijan Robinson TDs

113: It only took 113 seconds for Texas to take a 14-0 lead. Xavier Worthy hauled in a 75-yard touchdown reception on the Longhorns' first play, and a blocked punt by DeMarvin Overshown led to Bijan Robinson's 2-yard touchdown run with 13:07 left in the first quarter.

OU football allowed the most points in a quarter ever

28: Texas scored 28 points in the first quarter, which is the most points OU has ever allowed in an opening quarter. It surpasses the 22 points it allowed against Nebraska in a 42-25 loss on Nov. 18, 1989.

Benching Spencer Rattler

2: For the second year in a row, quarterback Spencer Rattler got benched in the Red River Showdown. Freshman backup Caleb Williams got an opportunity to lead a drive as OU trailed 35-17 with 6:41 left until halftime and played for the rest of the game.

Casey Thompson's TDs vs. Oklahoma

4:Casey Thompson became the first Texas quarterback to throw for four touchdowns against OU, and he reached that milestone by halftime. The junior field general threw for 244 yards and four touchdowns in the first two quarters. Thompson finished with five touchdown passes.

Gabe Brkic was flawless

0: OU kicker Gabe Brkic didn't miss any of his four field-goal attempts on Saturday. The redshirt junior kicker went perfect on tries from 40, 35, 29 and 26 yards away to help keep the Sooners' hopes of a comeback alive.

Kennedy Brooks hits yardage mark

1:Kennedy Brooks became the first OU player to rush for over 100 yards in a game this season, and he did it convincingly. The redshirt junior ran for 217 yards and two touchdowns on 25 carries against Texas.

18: The Sooners overcame an 18-point halftime deficit to earn a 55-48 win on Saturday. It's the biggest second-half comeback for OU since it trailed Baylor 31-10 at halftime on Nov. 16, 2019, and still earned a 34-31 victory.

4: OU extended its win streak against Texas to four on Saturday, which started with a 39-27 victory in the 2018 Big 12 championship game. The Sooners last lost to the Longhorns on Oct. 6, 2018, by a score of 48-45.
