The Texas men and women dominated cross-country competition at the Texas Invitational in Round Rock on Friday.
The women took the top 15 places in the 5K while the men took the first nine places in the same distance event.
Haftu Knight took the top spot for the men with a time of 15 minutes, 1.15 seconds in his second race for UT. Eight other Longhorns finished the race in under 16 minutes.
For the women, Destiny Collins led the team with for the second race in a row. She clocked in at 17:34.94 and beat second place by nearly 12 seconds. Three other Longhorns finished in under 18 minutes. Only two in the top-20 weren’t runners for UT.
