Johnny Manziel may have his sights set on the NFL, but he’s still looking over his shoulder at a certain college rivalry.
In an Instagram post Saturday, Texas A&M’s Heisman winner shared a side-by-side photo collage of himself and Texas Longhorns coach Charlie Strong both flashing what Manziel refers to as the “regime” hand gesture. (The hand sign is one made by rapper Drake’s social circle, which includes Manziel, believe it or not.) Manziel has been known to make the gesture on the field after big plays. In the photo caption, Manziel writes “Sorry Charlie…you’re not a part of the regime #SawEmOff.”
Don’t hold your breath for a Strong rebuttal.
Manziel (already a reliable source of offline antics) has been serving up a few other gems on Instagram, notably a recent dunking recital.
