Texas defensive coordinator Vance Bedford is becoming a must-follow on Twitter, maybe even more than former coach Mack Brown (who is no Twitter slouch himself).

From his thoughts on local barbeque joints to photos of former UT greats to thoughts on football life, Bedford isn’t afraid to opine on anything. But just like anyone else these days, Bedford found out quick on Sunday what happens when you criticize Johnny Manziel.

In social-media speak, Vance Bedford had himself a moment.

Reaction was fast and furious, prompting Bedford to backpedal a tad.
