Five-star linebacker Dylan Moses, the nation’s second-ranked recruit in 2017, is apparently planning to visit Texas next week.
Moses, who is originally from Louisiana and now attends IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla., announced his visit on his private Twitter account, according to Burnt Orange Nation. Moses (6-2, 220) will also visit LSU and Alabama during his spring break at IMG.
Should he choose Texas, Moses would join a loaded linebackers corps, which, in the past two classes, has added, among others, big-time prospects Malik Jefferson, Anthony Wheeler, Jeffrey McCulloch and Erick Fowler.
So far, Texas has commitments from four 2017 prospects: Westlake QB Sam Ehlinger, Tyler John Tyler receiver Damion Miller, Liberty Eylau defensive end Lagaryonn Carson and Bullard tight end Major Tennison.
According to Burnt Orange Nation, Moses plans to announce his college decision at next year’s Under Armour All-American game and enroll early at the school he chooses.
