After visiting Texas over the weekend, five-star outside linebacker Dylan Moses of IMG Academy declared the Longhorns his top school.
“They are my favorite for sure,” Moses told 247Sports.
Moses, the nation’s No. 2 overall recruit in the 2017 class, is also considering Alabama, LSU, UCLA and USC. This fight could come down to December when Moses plans to make his decision and enroll early.
Originally from Louisiana, Moses announced in January he’s transferring from University High in Baton Rouge to IMG Academy, a factory for top athletes in Bradenton, Fla.
At Texas, Moses (6-2, 220) would join a talented group of young linebackers headed by Malik Jefferson, Anthony Wheeler, Jeffrey McCulloch and Erick Fowler.
Should he end up picking Texas, Moses would be a gigantic addition to a class that on Sunday picked up its fifth member in Lake Dallas three-star cornerback Kobe Boyce.
