WATCH: Oklahoma DB Will Sunderland makes controversial interception

Texas was handed a golden opportunity late in the third quarter when Oklahoma running back Joe Mixon muffed a punt and the Longhorns recovered.

However, Sooners defensive back Will Sunderland made sure Texas didn’t capitalize, picking off quarterback Shane Buechele inside the 10-yard line. The play went to review as it appeared Sunderland and Longhorns wide receiver Armanti Foreman appeared to both have possession of the ball when they rolled out of bounds.

The call of an interception was upheld upon review.  Watch the play below:
