Texas linebacker Malik Jefferson will not return to Saturday’s game against West Virginia after he suffered a head injury during the first quarter. Texas made the announcement during the second quarter.
Jefferson was taken to the locker room for evaluation after he was shaken up on a play during the first quarter.
