All signs continue to point toward Malcolm Epps signing with Texas.
The four-star tight end from Spring Dekaney, ranked No. 6 in the Fabulous 55, included the Longhorns in the top six schools he released Wednesday via Twitter.
Epps, a one-time Alabama commit, reopened his recruitment in February at The Opening regional in Houston. He visited Texas for junior day and has said he wants to join a program that leans heavily on its tight ends. Hookem.com recruiting reporter Mike Craven recently put the odds of Epps signing with Texas at 85 percent.
Epps made his top six announcement with a video, and Texas was the first school name to flash across the screen. He also has a picture of a player in a No. 6 Longhorns uniform as his Twitter avatar.

Other schools in the mix are: UCLA, Florida, Texas A&M, Ohio State and Alabama.
The 6-foot-6, 214-pound Epps is the No. 7-ranked tight end in the 2018 class according to the 247Sports composite. He plays 7-on-7 football with Texas quarterback commit Casey Thompson.
