Texas men’s golf falls to second place after two rounds

The Texas men’s golf team fell to second place after the second round of the Amer Ari Invitational in Waikola, Hawaii on Friday.
The Longhorns matched their first round score, a 14-under 274, but Georgia Tech shot five shots better.
Pierceson Coody had the best day for Texas, shooting 6 under to tie for 14th place.
Travis Vick shot 1 under and is the Longhorn with the highest standing, sitting in a tie for ninth.
Christoffer Bring shot 4 under to move to a tie for 17th.
Cole Hammer had a rough day after a good first round. He shot 3 over on the day and sits in a tie for 22nd.
Parker Coody shot 3 under Friday, moving into a tie for 31st.
Spencer Soosman competed as an individual and sits tied for 22nd.
