Neda Koprcina, a senior at Texas, won her first match of the day but fell in the qualifying singles round of 32 at the ITA All-American Championships in Pacific Palisades, Calif. on Tuesday.

Koprcina defeated Anastasia Rentouli of Mississippi St. 6-3, 6-2 in the 64-player draw.

In the round of 32 Koprcina fell to Michigan’s Kate Fahey 4-6, 6-4, 6-3.

The 82nd ranked senior pulled a mild upset in defeating No. 75 Rentouli earlier in the day.
