The Longhorns enter the tournament having won 17 straight matches. It’s the first time they’ve hosted the opening rounds since 2012.

Texas won the Big 12 regular season title outright for the first time since 2004 this season and looks to add to its two NCAA Championships.

Top-ranked Bianca Turati will lead the Longhorns into action this weekend. Anna Turati, Bianca’s twin sister, also ranks in the top-30 of the ITA singles rankings. The trio of the Turati sisters and Petra Granic has won 37 straight singles matches.

Joining the Longhorns, Texas Tech and Oklahoma State are the other Big 12 teams seeded in the tournament.
