The fans say: Texas should hammer Kansas
Posted September 27th, 2014
Each week, the American-Statesman puts out a call for fan predictions about the upcoming Texas game. UT fans appear to think this will be an easy one for the Longhorns (1-2) against the Jayhawks (2-1) in Lawrence.
For what it’s worth, the Jayhawks have lost 11 straight in this series, a string that goes all the way back to 1938.
@BDavisAAS @bevobeat 38-10, Tyrone keeps growin up!

And in case you need a reminder of how close has Kansas has come to beating Texas, let’s take a quick look back to 2004. The Horns were the beneficiary of a controversial call on a long Vince Young third-down run. That 27-23 win kept Texas’ BCS hopes alive, something former KU coach Mark Mangino didn’t appreciate.
