A Travis County grand jury has indicted former Texas football players Kendall Sanders and Montrel Meander on sexual assault charges.
The jury concluded there is sufficient evident to continue a case against Sanders and Meander, who had been charged with a felony stemming from an on-campus incident in June involving a female student.
Sanders also faces a charge of improper photography.
Meander is scheduled to appear in court this Wednesday. Sanders is to be in court Jan. 23.
