TULSA, Okla. — Texas will play Oklahoma State in Sunday’s final of the Big 12 baseball tournament in a battle of teams who have yet to lose this week.
Texas advanced with a 4-0 win over Baylor on Saturday. Oklahoma State, the second-seed, topped Oklahoma 5-1. The Cowboys have outscored their three opponents 18-2.
A coin-flip will be used to determine the home team. First-pitch is set for noon, and OSU figures to have a decided crowd advantage at Tulsa’s ONEOK Field.
For Texas, ace Parker French is a possibility to start on three days rest. If not French, freshman Kyle Johnston will get the nod.
