Three of David Sokolow’s four degrees come from Columbia University, but that doesn’t stop him from bleeding burnt orange.
Or at least, it doesn’t stop him from hating on Texas A&M.
In a video posted by Fox Sports Wednesday, the “Distinguished Senior Lecturer” and two-time winner of the Texas Exes Teaching Excellence Award took a slight detour in a Florida bar law lecture to include some fighting words for Aggies.
Though stating that “only one of them is relevant,” Sokolow remarked on two instances in which you would form a general partnership instead of a limited liability partnership. The second instance:
“It’s where you’re dealing with an Aggie — someone from Texas A&M. Because Aggies are so dumb they don’t even know that the limited liability partnership form exists, and therefore they never use it. They go for the general partnership.”
Watch below for the trash talking to take full effect:
What do you have to say, Aggies? How much does it hurt to be trash talked by a well-established academic?
