Major, listed at 6 feet, 6 inches and almost 300 pounds, was rated as the 10th-best offensive tackle in the nation by Scout. His cousin, Cedric Reed, played defensive end for the Horns and has since joined the Buffalo Bills.

The last signee awaiting final approval by compliance is tight end Devonaire Clarington. An ACT review panel is currently looking over his test score, according to a source familiar with Clarington’s situation. Without the proper approvals, Clarington cannot practice or he would prematurely start his NCAA eligibility clock.
