After trailing 14-3 early, the Texas Longhorns rallied to take a 20-17 lead at halftime, but Oklahoma State tied the game in the fourth quarter at 27 and used a fumbled snap on a punt to set up a game-winning 40-yard field goal for a 30-27 win on Saturday at Royal-Memorial Stadium.
