Former Texas post Kelsey Lang has signed a contract to play professional basketball in Hungary while Audrey-Ann Caron-Goudreau will play for a team in Greece.
Lang signed with Csata DSE in Budapest. Last year she played with Dynamo Moscow in Russia, averaging 12.5 points and 9.5 rebounds a game. She was also named All-Russian honorable mention by Eurobasketball.com.
Lang played in 138 games with 83 starts at Texas. Lang played in more games for the Longhorns than any player since 1983. She finished with 1,086 career points, which ranks 36th all-time in program history. Lang also blocked 190 career shots, which is sixth all-time in school annals. For her career, Lang shot 52.7 percent (483-of-916) from the floor.
Caron-Goudreau, who finished her Texas career last season, has signed with Sporting in Athens, considered the greatest team in the history of Greek women’s basketball.
